: The job involves Teaching/Res. at Graduate and PG levels. The major administration work was taken as College Principal at various Instut.Its like conducting Exams, Controlling Teachings, Managing Teaching staffs and other admin staf  workers. Making Time Tables and its effective applications. Yearly/monthly activities like sports,cultural,social program,seminars,parents meetings.Maintaining discipline/admin at inhouse,campus and classes.Inspiration and encouragement to students and staff for academic/quality Teaching and other gains, achievements, performances etc.Looking at/care of each activities of staff,students and Insti. Taking car e of strong confidential and fair Exams.Running Insti.at ease with no loss no profit non commercial organization. Keeping watch on  Students Admission,Transfer,subjects and also Staff selections etc  require as routine work of Principal. The most of govt liaising ,correspondents and affiliation with Higher Education and Univ as main part of work. The developments in students, faculty/Syllabus and courses, practicals and Trainings at various levels are focus theme of job. Maintaining speed, efficiency and extracting best results from students and all teaching staff/workers. Day to day watch over drinking water, food, snacks quality, and other essential house keepings.To check time to time Financial, stock Register, cash book, and purchases. Library and practical facility and comfortable classrooms all are keep under strict observation. and Daily inspection to obtain quality and best results from students and staff.

INDUSTRIAL Works and Exps ;

Having 10 years of working exps. of  medium and LARGE scale industries. The major one as corporate crew inRUCHI Industries, a wordly known group for soybean crushing and edible oil production. The Industrial working involve campus and off the campus activities with dully feed with ISO,Quality controls.,productions , filling and packagings etc.Empasizied with quality controls of seeds,edible oil, DOC, chemicals, water,coal, effluents etc.Total work has multi spectrum workings.The first phase of  work had training parts at General Foods as associate .The Second phase involves working at Ruchi Soya, Mangalia .The second phase allowed  and introduced to core and orbital workings with sound profiling towards techanical expertization in Laboratry work, ETP, work along with Boiler ancialries like coal,water air pollution control. The major task was to develop such a ETP plant and process technology that can meet the desired standard as per pollution control board. The project well monitored by the board. The techanical know how can well be brought forward and could be applied as innovative project under Research and Developments in industrial works.

Goal and Objectives of  Academic and Industrial Profile:

1; The expertization with plants physiology and Biochemistry and Biotechnology made profile a strong approach towards agri-industries, extensions services and study to get Biotechnology and Biochemistry. Strong agricultural cultivations of edible oil producing seeds in extension working with Agriculture University ,ICAR, USDA, USA,Soya process etc.
2. The profile major Inputs towards Monitoring of Industrial Effluents, and recycling processes.Air pollution control and to regulate as per PCB.
3; The Hygienic and Industrial Health and Occupational Hazards studies. And corrections towards precise
4;The Central vigilance and monitoring of  Quality controls.
5;Nominees and participants as National and International programs on Agri-cultivation-crushings and agro foods development.
6; Biochemical research and development in agrifoods products
