About

I’m a doctoral researcher at the School of Divinity, History, and Philosophy at the University of Aberdeen. My thesis proposes an intersectional approach to the ‘baptismal formula’ of Gal 3:28, 1 Cor 12:13, and Col 3:11, and argues that intersectionality is a valuable heuristic device in NT studies.

I am also an experienced lay minister, and am interested in the intersection of religion and public life in politics and pop culture.
