I am a dance historian and scholar-practitioner specializing in the Renaissance and early modern periods. I teach dance history at Point Park University and previously taught history at the University of Pittsburgh. I currently serve as the co-director of the Shakespeare and Dance Project, shakespeareandance.com, and as co-convener of the Early Dance Working Group for the Dance Studies Association, earlydance.wixsite.com/resources. I also copy edit the journal Dance Chronicle.
