I guess Sherpa for Books will eventually have this info? It’s in beta right now and with only a few publishers on, but I believe the idea is for Jisc to expand it as soon as they can: https://beta.sherpa.ac.uk/oa-books

@COPIM project (Work Package 3) is just putting the finishing touches to a report containing a comprehensive review of extant OA monograph revenue models – think there are about 17 or 18 models we’ve identified.
