This paper aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the in-house review (Revalida) program among midwifery graduates of batch 2022 in the previous licensure board exams for midwives last 2023. This study used a descriptive-comparative research design. One hundred thirty-five graduate midwives participated voluntarily in the study using a purposive sampling technique. The data involved in the study were scores from the Revalida program and the actual result of the licensure examination for midwives for 2023. For the statistical analysis, an independent t-test was performed to determine the effectiveness of the program. Based on the computation, there were statistical differences found in the study. Specifically, Area 1 (Obstetrics), Area 2 (Fundamentals in Health Care), and Area 3 (Infant Care and Feeding) generated significant variations. In addition, as for the overall scores, there was a significant improvement from the in-house review to the actual result of the licensure examination. Therefore, the review program of the institution is effective and substantially relevant to the licensure examination result. The researchers suggested some essential recommendations in line with the result of the study.
