    Dr. Martin L. Nobis Jr. boasts a rich educational background. He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) in Educational Administration from North West Samar State University (NwSSU), a Master of Arts in Education (MAED) in Administration and Supervision from the University of Eastern Philippines Laoang (UEPL), and a Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) in Mathematics from the University of Eastern Philippines (UEP). Additionally, he has completed postdoctoral work in Strategic Management and Leadership at the Philippine Christian University (PCU) and earned units in Master of Arts in Mathematics Education at the University of Eastern Philippines.

    Dr. Nobis brings extensive experience to his current role as an Associate Professor and regular faculty member at the College of Education, University of Eastern Philippines Laoang Campus, where he has served for 13 years. Previously, he held leadership roles as Department Chair in the College of Education, Program Chair of the BSED Program, and University Extension Coordinator.

    Beyond his teaching experience, Dr. Nobis is a recognized researcher with awards for presentations and publications. His research interests span Mathematics Education, Education, Assessment, Social Sciences, ICT, Digital Literacy, Leadership Behavior, and Community Relations. He actively participates as an editorial board member and peer reviewer for international research journals and contributes his expertise as an extensionist in education and digital literacy.

    Dr. Nobis maintains active memberships in various international organizations and serves as an Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) and one of the accreditors of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines.
