Dr. Tesfaye Dagnew is Associste Professor in English Language and Literature Programme of Bahir Dar University in Ethiopia. He studied his first degree in English and his M.A in literature in Addis Ababa University. He also did M.ED in Language Education in Southampton University, UK and a PH.D in English and Foreign Languages University in India. He has a multiple years of experience in teaching and advising undergraduate, MA and PhD students. His is research interest includes topics related to literary reception, comparative literature, cultural studies, poetics, postmodernism translation and imitation practices, the history of reading, transnational and comparative literature, women’s writing, manuscript studies, epic and religious poetry, language learning, and cultural diplomacy etc.. and he has different publication in different journals.
