    To research Educational Technology, specifically related to finding which educational technologies work in increasing learning for the learner. Once this is determined, segmenting technologies into useful areas for adult learning and different age groups. Providing excellent teaching to high school and college students in technology subjects; Computing, Networking, Programming, and Web Design.

    I have developed knowledge and experience in innovated problem solving, decision making, supervision, training, teaching, and multi-billion dollar negotiations. I am looking for an organization that can utilize these skills for profitable results and research.

    Employment History

    Sunnyside High School, Information Technology Teacher, 2006-Present
    Develop lesson plans and teach new information Technology curriculum for Sunnyside District and the JTED. Duties include: creating a curriculum, sponsoring the Pima County Jobs Plus program, Teach courses in; Introduction to Computers, Computer Maintenance, Networking, and Web design class. Prepare students for A+, Net +, Web+, and the MCSE certification. Work with business councils, school improvement committee, Site Council, and District steering committee, IBB Negotiating Team. Developed a CISCO, Intel, and CompTia Academy for Sunnyside High School. These classes are dual-enrolled with Pima Community College to receive both high school and college credits.

    Teach various computer, marketing, finance, and business courses as needed as an adjunct professor.

    NviroHealth, Inc. Marketing Consultant, 1998-Present
    Responsible for all phases of success in this business. Two patents for cleaning water, then developed and implemented the business, operations, and marketing plan for national and international success.

    Developed a marketing plan, re-structured staff, and developed a strategic plan for growth of company. Instituted a sales objective and goals for each department, developed training programs for staff in three offices of the company, and managed all sales, marketing, and advertising programs. Managed and developed all necessary sales, marketing, and advertising tools needed for success. Expanded sales from $2.3 million to $6.3 million within 6 months.

    Department of Justice, U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service 1988-2005
    Installed, trained and administered a 42 node LAN system. Created and maintained all management reporting, developed management software programs. Trained 60 plus employees on policies, procedures and on-going new computer programs as they became available. Conducted various management audits, software, hardware, and personnel knowledge.

    Successfully developed a start-up software company into a nationally renowned software leader, which was absorbed by the Intuit Corporation.

    Developed over $14 billion in corporate financing business, through projects with client contacts, local corporations and governments.

    One of the top brokers in the firm, developing financial plans for high income clients and companies.
    Consultant to the Banking and Savings and Loan Industry.

    Perpetual American Savings and Loan Marketing Director, 1976-1979
    Managed corporate direction through advertising, promotion, business development and marketing policies, developed strategies for merger and acquisition of local Savings and Loan. Created a 33% increase in revenues for a billion dollar Savings and Loan.

    First Federal Savings and Loan of Arlington. Business Development Director, 1974-1976
    Developed a new program that resulted in 100% increase in assets and $6 million in earnings. Trained the staff on methods of increasing revenues and asset opportunities.
