I’m a PhD student in Gender and Cultural Studies. My PhD focuses on LGBTQI+ workplace diversity in the Australian context. In my writing, I draw on interviews, participant observation, personal narrative and theoretical analysis. Theoretical frameworks I employ include queer theory, critical labour studies, critical diversity studies, and affect studies. Education
