Born 67 years ago in Toronto, Ontario. Married 45 years with two grown, married sons and 6 grandchildren. Served in the full-time paid ministry for most of 1979 through 2017. Retired, but continuing to pursue education and scholarship both formally and independently. Education
Completed a BA @ UBC in Classics (2011) and an MA in Religious Studies (2018, focusing on the Hebrew Bible and ancient Judaism). I am presently on a medical leave in the Doctor of Theology and Ministry program at Northwind Theological Seminary with my focus on Open and Relational Theology. My proposed dissertation is titled, “What’s God Got to Do with It? Theological Considerations in Light of the Persistently Pluriform and Polyphonic Nature of the Biblical Texts.”
