AboutAspiring rare books librarian interested in book history, particularly that of medieval and early modern Spain. Current and previous research has centered on the book history of 16th- and 17th- century Navarre involving the analysis of contemporary inventories of private libraries and book stores. Additional research interests include the translation and bibliographic adaptation of early modern Spanish texts for early modern English audiences, specifically Bartolomé de las Casas’s Brevissima relación de la destrucción de las Indias and Juan Huarte de San Juan’s Examen de ingenios.
