Experienced archivist and librarian with a background in public libraries, academic institutions, and museums. Involved in many projects that involve diversity and inclusion. Processed and accessioned many hundreds of feet of materials, worked with rare books, organizational records, photographs, audiovisual materials, and special collections and manuscripts. Experience with the administration of ArchivesSpace and Archive-It for web capture and other software, tools, and databases, understanding of metadata creation and cataloging including DACS, MARC, and NACO records. Created records retention policies and schedules and performed both electronic and analogue record management and records retention. Worked with teaching/instruction, including the use of primary source materials, in classrooms, small groups and individual sessions. Outreach projects and experience with installation of exhibits, patron/customer service, and reference.
