Sessions 216, 445, 581
Exploring translation through time, space, and objects broadens the spectrum of experiences of translation as well as the general schemas through which we understand, teach, and learn about it. Translation describes the capacity of languages to interact and transform one another, yet translation is also used as a metaphor to refer to material actions, happening in time and space. Participants present work that explores the linguistic category of translation.
