      Dear IG members,

I’m looking forward to seeing many of you at tomorrow’s meeting!

Here is a direct link to SMT’s page with Zoom and Slack links for our session: https://guide.societymusictheory.org/sessions/nov4/early/post-1945-music-analysis-ig

Please note, if you access the meeting through the SMT schedule, you have to click on the name of the session, not the drop-down menu to the left of the name, which seems to be non-functional.

You will also need the passcode sent out by SMT to access the Zoom meeting. If you have any trouble, feel free to reach out to me or Laura directly. If we have any problems starting the session tomorrow, we will post updates on HC and on the conference Slack channel.

      Best,

      Tara

Does anyone know how to connect to the Slack?  I can connect to last year’s SMT 2020 slack and have no problem with other slacks, but I when I try to log into SMT 2021 it says I “don’t have an account on this workspace”.  Tried two different addresses.

The email with SMT information (such as the password) should have given you a link to sign up for this year’s Slack, where it says “To join, click this link, enter an email address, and choose a password.”
