The Post-1945 Music Analysis Interest Group is a discursive space for scholars of 20th- and 21st-century art music, broadly construed. Through its annual meetings and online communications, the group aims to strengthen, support, and develop its members’ ideas and sense of community. It also seeks to bring attention to and foster scholarship on post-1945 music.

      Please vote by October 31, so that the results can be announced at our SMT meeting.

      Noah Kahrs has agreed to continue serving in the role of webmaster for one additional year, after which we will have an election for a new two-year webmaster term. Thank you Noah!

      Please note that our bylaws require at least 5% of our membership or 10 people to vote, so even though our two co-chair candidates are running uncontested, it is important that everyone vote. Thank you for your participation!
