  Given that science fiction and fantasy constitute a kind of alternative canon, we might as well open a new subject category if you want to post anything related to these topics.
  
  I begin with an essay of mine which combines science with science fiction and, well, maybe with fantasy, a paper on contemporary cosmology which sinks some roots in age-old theodicies. The paper can be found elsewhere, but I have just found it to my surprise on this website on spirituality and science at Pamplona. The main subjects, I should add, are Stephen Hawking and Olaf Stapledon.
