      Registration for Accessing Jazz and Improvised Music, a two-day international conference hosted by the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and the Australasian Jazz and Improvisation Research Network is now open. Accessing Jazz and Improvised Music will be run entirely online and attendance is free. Keynote speakers for the event are Nichole Rustin-Paschal, author of The Kind of Man I Am: Jazzmasculinity and the World of Charles Mingus Jr (Wesleyan 2017), and Roger Dean, professor in music cognition and computation at the MARCS Institute, Western Sydney University and founder and creative director of austraLYSIS.
