    Abstract:
To collect data on the participants' perspectives and experiences, a qualitative phenomenological research design in the form of in-depth interviews was used. Phenomenological research, according to Bliss (2016), is a qualitative research technique that tries to comprehend and characterize the universal core of a phenomena by analyzing lived experiences in order to get deeper insights into how individuals perceive such experiences. The following are the major findings: ChatGPT improves teaching techniques, efficiency, and learning experience. While it simplifies activities and content development, ethical considerations highlight the importance of responsible integration, and success is dependent on resolving contextual variables and instructor competency. It is possible to infer that ChatGPT is a contextdependent technology that provides essential assistance to instructors attempting to strike a compromise between efficiency and tailored education.
