- A new ensemble-based theatre company created through original, community based theatre that creatively responds to urgent issues facing the city of Flint and surrounding communities. State of Emergency was created in the verbatim theatre style, where the script is made up of recorded interviews from various residents of the city of Flint and members of the Emergency Financial Managers team.
