    Abstract:
The electoral system in Nigeria is undermining the ethics of democracy. Nigeria is a country in Africa that became fully democratic on 29th May 1999. However, the country is still saddled with electoral malpractices and violence. The citizens cannot enfranchise their votes without intimidations and violence from political terrorists. In this article, I considered the 2023 Presidential elections that was fraudulently manipulated by INEC and the All-Progressives Congress candidate, Senator. Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The election was below par. Therefore, this article calls the attention of the United Nations and other foreign organizations that stands for true democracy to nullify the election that brought Sen. Bola Ahmed Tinubu in as president-elect and support a free, fair and credible election. Keywords: politics, law, electoral, manipulations, democratic.
