    This editorial appeared in the last print issue of FORWARD Press, published from New Delhi. The article discusses the need for a democratic form of the newsroom. Along with this, various dimensions of Dalit-Bahujan journalism have come to the fore. The Forward Press magazine was bilingual (Hindi and English). The article uploaded here is also in both Hindi and English.
