    Abstract:
Historically, many cases of psychiatric disorders have masked psychospiritual possessions. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate that spiritual possession is a scientifically verified, culturally universal experience. This article attempts a rational and anthropological approach at possessions, and dissects the nature and cause of spiritual experiences in various cultures around the world. It will also examine the concept of hypersensitives in the world of the supernatural, and the cause of increased susceptibility to invasion in various places around the world.
