    Abstract:
    A government through representation and discussion is fundamentally what is meant by parliamentary government. It includes compromise and reciprocal giving and taking. It is a form of government that assumes a certain level of fundamental agreement regarding the basic organisation of society as well as faith in the progressive evolution of society. It promotes not only an accountable administration but also a general sense of awareness and accountability among the populace. These are cumbersome and significant factors that may not always be easily accessible in political calculations. While performing all these duties there are number of challenges which acts as obstacle. In this paper it we will get to know how the Parliamentary form of Government works in India and the actual challenges faced by the Government while executing their duties.
