- Abstract:
- From an exchange with Michael Groden about the factual errors and theoretical deficiencies of Hans Walter Gabler's edition of Ulysses, 1984 and 1986. Groden, a member of Gabler's team, disputed Kidd's 1988 "Inquiry into Ulysses: The Corrected Text" and its popular summary, "The Scandal of Ulysses". Here Kidd replies.
