    Abstract:
    During the news conference, Putin pushed the international community and its political rivals, telling them not to block his attempt to deter Ukraine by armed force. On the other hand, it is astounding as a political figure and as the ruler of one of the world's superpowers; On the other side it's has jeopardized Ukraine as a target of assaults, as well as a peaceful global civilization; Putin's statements are impressive and the pinnacle of a cross-disciplinary study of science, rather just politics. The press conference showed body’s' gestures, tone, noise characteristics, and warning-related speech were all evicted; Therefore, can be observed that Putin's speech expressed highly demanding, forceful, political, and manipulative for power. How is it possible at a time when the world is grappling with COVID-19? So, this article discusses three themes linked to language as a legitimizing tool of rulers by utilizing a variety of reasons to dominate and oppress other people, especially in the current contemporary day when all technology and invention develops swiftly. And do not rule out the potential for that sophistication for negative's goals, such as spreading dread, worry, and worldwide panic via speech in any sophisticated medium. The strategy is known as "political language..." but how is the method in using language to legitimate and justify a ruler's policies. How is it feasible to legitimize democracy through the political language proposed?
