    Abstract:
_________________________________________________________________________________ English abstract: A comment on the resistance to the use of available ICT and social networks to foster an open and public discussion in the Spanish public university (more specifically the University of Zaragoza), in the context of the ongoing reform of higher studies in 2005. And a reflection on the inadequate notion of public service and public accountability underlying such secretive attitudes.
