- Abstract:
- An archaeological comic showing theories about the formation of sarsen stone in southern Britain. It includes antiquarian explanations, folklore, the early scientific understanding of the geological succession, and the current explanation of sarsen formation. It was created for the University of Reading's School of Archaeology, Geography, and Environmental Science post-graduate conference of 2017.
