MemberRosario Arias

Professor of English Literature at the University of Málaga (Spain). Rosario Arias read English at the University of Málaga and in 1992 undertook ERASMUS-funded studies at Keele University, UK. In 1995 she was awarded a doctoral scholarship, completing her PhD in 2001. After holding a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Autonomous University of Madrid in 2001, and a visiting research fellowship at Brunel University, UK in 2002. She gained a tenured position at the University of Málaga in 2003. Since 2016 Rosario Arias is Professor of English Literature at the University of Málaga (Spain).

MemberAria Halliday

Aria S. Halliday, PhD is Assistant Professor in the Department of Gender and Women’s Studies and program in African American and Africana Studies at the University of Kentucky. Black feminist theory informs her research, in which she examines the cultural constructions of Black women’s and girls’ sexual expression in popular culture. Dr. Halliday is the editor of The Black Girlhood Studies Collection (Women’s Press, 2019) and a Woodrow Wilson Career Enhancement Fellow (2020-2021).
